Use of the site, registration for courses, purchase of books, or scheduling treatments are subject to the terms detailed below. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

1. General and Professional Disclaimer

• The content published on the site, in books, podcast episodes, and courses is intended for enrichment, learning, and deepening knowledge only.

• This content should not be considered medical advice, an official medical diagnosis, or a substitute for consulting a qualified doctor/practitioner. Use of the information on the site is at the user's sole responsibility.
   

2. Purchase of Products, Books, and Courses

• Books and physical products: Will be sent via a shipping company or Israel Post to the address provided at the time of order. Delivery times are usually 7–14 business days, excluding delays beyond the operator's control.

• Courses and digital products: Access to courses or download files will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase immediately or in accordance with the training start dates.

• Prices and payments: All prices on the site include VAT by law (unless otherwise stated). The operator may update product and service prices at any time.
   

3. Cancellation, Refund, and Exchange Policy
Cancellation of transactions is carried out in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of Transaction), 2010:

1. Books and physical products: You may cancel the purchase of a printed book within 14 days of receipt, provided that the book is returned intact, in its original packaging, and without any defect or sign of use. Shipping costs for returning the product will be borne by the customer. The refund will be processed minus a cancellation fee as required by law (5% of the transaction amount or 100 NIS, whichever is lower).

2. Digital products and online courses: In accordance with Section 14C(d) of the Consumer Protection Law, it is not possible to cancel a transaction or receive a refund for products that can be recorded, reproduced, or duplicated (such as online courses, digital download files, or content that has been printed/sent digitally) once access has been granted or they have been sent to the customer.

3. Workshops and in-person courses: Cancellation of registration for in-person training will be possible by written notice up to 14 business days before the course start date (minus a cancellation fee as required by law). Cancellation after this time will not be eligible for a refund.
    

4. Intellectual Property
All copyrights, trademarks, designs, texts, Ba Zi maps, study presentations, video materials, and books on the site are the exclusive property of Aaron Zizov (ZIZEN).
It is strictly forbidden to copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, broadcast, or make commercial use of these materials without express prior written permission.

5. Law and Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in the Central/Tel Aviv District shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
